Analog rev limiter with automatic reactivation – basic function: These analog rev limiters can be switched and combine 6 different capacitors within a switch block. This results in 63 different throttle settings for rough adjustment. In addition, fine adjustment can be made via a rotary potentiometer.

This is a great advantage over other limiters, which often contain only 1 or 4 capacitors. The lack of fine gradation can lead to rough engine running and misfiring.

As soon as the ignition of the two-wheeler is switched on, the limit is automatically activated once. Depending on the model, the RPM range is deactivated via push button / magnetic sensor + brake (double-check), brake lever code (6-digit programmable), radio remote control or toggle switch. When restarting the machine, all models automatically reactivate, except the version with toggle switch.

The piano block and adjustment potentiometer are protected from dust inside the housing. The lid is easy to remove for adjustment.

Compatibility: The analog rev limiter works with almost all popular vehicles with two-stroke and four-stroke engines. However, it does not work with direct-injection engines or machines with electronic immobilizers. The limiter is only compatible with engines complying with the Euro3 standard and older. Recommended lowest speed is 35 km/h, with a reduction in top speed of up to 30%. In addition, you should choose a digital KMH limiter with an additional wheel sensor.
