Delivery and Delivery Times

How the delivery time is calculated, which delivery methods are available and roughly when your parcel will arrive.

What the delivery time shown next to a product means

The delivery time shown next to a product (for example “1–2 working days”) is the time within which we dispatch the goods. The arrival time is the dispatch time plus the transit time of the chosen delivery method (see the table below).

• In the Tallinn shop — the product is in stock in our Tallinn shop and you can get it straight away.
• 1–2 working days — the product is in our Tallinn shop and we dispatch it within 1–2 working days.
• Longer delivery time — the product comes from a partner's warehouse. The time shown refers to dispatch.
• Ask for availability — stock levels cannot be shown automatically. Call or write to us and we will tell you about availability and, if necessary, offer an equivalent substitute.

Orders placed on a working day by 14:30 are processed the same day. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed on the next working day. Where products have different delivery times, we dispatch the order together; if you would like part of the goods sooner, write to us (an additional shipment is charged).

The delivery charge is calculated automatically in the shopping basket according to the country, the delivery method and the size and weight of the parcel. We do not currently offer free delivery.

Approximate transit time after dispatch

The transit time is the carrier's estimate and is not guaranteed. Bulky goods (motorcycles and other powersport vehicles, tyre sets, etc.) are delivered by arrangement.
