    * If an order results in more than 1 box, shipping costs will be added according to the number of boxes and specified on the invoice.

How to create a B2B account?

  1. Make sure you meet the requirements (see below).
  2. Register an account on starmoto.ee.
  3. Send an email to: [email protected]
    • state that you want a B2B account
    • be sure to include the email address used to create the account
    • if you want more than 1 account, include all related email addresses
  4. Wait for confirmation by email.
  5. Start ordering with B2B pricing.

Reseller account terms

  • A B2B account can only be created for an active motorcycle shop or repair workshop (motorcycles, cars, marine, forestry equipment).
  • The company must have a real business address (an apartment/private house address generally does not qualify).
  • The company must be officially registered. VAT number is not mandatory.
  • Minimum order volume: €500 / year. If order volume remains below €500, we reserve the right to deactivate the B2B account.
  • Payment is made immediately via the ordering system (prepayment).
  • Delivery time information is displayed on each product page.

Returns (14 days)

  • A 14-day right of return applies.
  • Custom/special orders are not returnable.
  • 10% restocking fee applies to returns.

Condition of returned goods

  • Packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • The product may be taken out of the packaging, but must be unused and returned complete (where applicable).

Motor vehicles / machinery

  • We do not offer CFMOTO and GOES vehicles to B2B customers. These can only be purchased at full price or with the regular retail customer discount.
  • If a vehicle is assembled/pre-delivered, an assembly fee of €35–€100 (incl. VAT, depending on the model) will be added to the invoice automatically. You can ask our customer support whether a vehicle is assembled or not.
  • Courier transport for vehicles is subject to a special price. The price depends on the model and location and ranges from €35–€80 (incl. VAT).

Other

  • If a catalogue error occurs due to the supplier or our system, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In any case, we will offer the customer the best possible price; if the customer is not satisfied with the corrected price, we will refund the payment within 1–2 business days.
