Alternator/ignition conversion kit 101 OCTANE 12V D=90mm D=103mm

Alternator / ignition conversion kit with 12V electronics, ignition armature plate D=90mm, pole wheel D=103mm, counterclockwise for cone 1:5, suitable for Kreidler Florett K54 (also Flory 3-speed), Sachs, and Zündapp mopeds/mokicks with engine types 517, 529, 515.
With this kit, you can convert your moped to 12V technology and achieve the precision and reliability of a modern electronic ignition system in addition to higher light output. All necessary parts such as stator and rotor, ignition coil, and voltage regulator are included in the scope of delivery.
On some Kreidler and Zündapp models, it may be necessary to adjust the base plate to avoid grinding (tolerances on some reproduction crankshafts unfortunately lead to undersizing).

The wiring is very simple:

• red= battery (+)
• yellow= consumers such as main headlight / tail light (the yellow cable from the generator is connected to the white plug using the one-off matching connector!)
• green= ground (-)
• Plug to rectifier
