The Polini Max Hi-Speed is one of the most drivable variators available for Maxi Scooters. Special attention has been paid to the build quality, making better use of the belt than the original variator. This means that the variator ratio changes in low-torque situations. This results in improved acceleration and higher top speed. Both reliability and build quality are markedly improved over the original. A sealed slider bearing with cleanly machined bearing bushes greatly reduces friction and the build-up of grime during sliding. The result is perfect shifting and longevity through reduced friction.
