Variator POLINI Maxi Hi-Speed Evolution 12R for Yamaha T-Max 500

The Polini Max Hi-Speed is one of the most easily controlled variators available for Maxi Scooters. Special attention has been paid to the build quality, which makes better use of the belt than the original variator. This means that the variator ratio changes in low-torque situations. The result is improved acceleration and higher top speed. Both reliability and build quality are markedly improved over the original. A sealed slider bearing with cleanly machined bearing bushes greatly reduces friction and the buildup of grime during sliding. The result is perfect shifting and long service life due to reduced friction. Variator weights: 25x11 (8.3g and 7.5g). Supplied as pictured.
