The tire is undoubtedly one of the most important components of our scooters. It provides contact with the road and is therefore responsible not only for safety but also quite significantly for driving pleasure. The goal was to develop a tire with which you can confidently ride through curves and traffic circles in both wet and dry conditions! Paired with the speed clearance required for today’s engine concepts, this left only one option: a completely new development!
For a tire’s handling, two things are crucial: the rubber compound and the tire structure. BGM tires are designed without compromise and produced in Germany. All innovations in tire technology from recent years have been incorporated into our tires. The specially tuned material compound with high silica content provides excellent grip in dry and wet conditions. The extremely stable carcass ensures perfect straight-line running and excellent line stability during brisk cornering. Typically, tires are made from a single layer of rubber simply pressed into shape. BGM tires are much more complex to produce and consist of several layers, creating the perfect tire that meets the highest requirements and has the highest speed rating on the market.

If there is a red dot on the tire sidewall, please position it at the valve. The tire is lightest here and thus compensates for the weight of the valve.
