Variator Belts

Variator belts are a key component of your scooter’s CVT transmission, directly affecting acceleration, top speed and reliability. In this category you’ll find belts selected for proper fit and consistent performance across a wide range of scooter models.

Choose from OEM-style replacements and performance-focused options designed to handle everyday commuting or more demanding riding conditions. Each belt is listed with clear specifications so you can quickly match it to your engine and variator setup.

When selecting a variator belt, consider:

Correct length and width for your scooter model
Intended use: city riding, touring or sport
Material quality and heat resistance

Replace worn or slipping belts early to protect the rest of your engine parts and keep your CVT running smoothly. If you are upgrading other variator components, pairing them with a suitable belt will help you get the most from your setup.
