AT WAXY RUST PROTECTOR AT-4 400ML A highly effective corrosion inhibitor for long-lasting protection of metal surfaces exposed to harsh weather conditions. Forms a hard, wax-like, elastic film with excellent UV protection properties. The dried film retains thermal stability up to approx. +200 °C. Repels moisture. Excellent salt resistance: salt spray test according to ASTM B-117, 2–3 millimeters (50–75 microns), carbon steel (1010) 900–1500 h. Can be removed with hydrocarbon solvents or alkaline cleaners. Meets the following standards: MIL – PRF – 16173 E (Class 1 and 2), NATO 6850 – 66 – 132 – 5848 and 6850 – 66 – 132 – 6099, as well as NSN 8030 – 00 – 062 – 6950, 8030 – 00 – 231 – 2345, 8030 – 00 – 244 – 1300 and 8030 – 01 – 470 – 2601.
