100% synthetic, fuel-saving engine oil based on ester technology. This lubricant is specially developed for high-performance motorcycles (including sport, street, touring, off-road, enduro and trial motorcycles), with or without an integrated gearbox, requiring a lubricant meeting API SN. This lubricant is suitable for vehicles and engines with wet or dry clutches that are designed to operate with low-viscosity oil and equipped with an exhaust after-treatment system (catalytic converter, air injection into the exhaust pipe). Ester technology product, enhanced with a low-traction ester to minimize internal friction losses and improve performance. The synergy between esters, anti-wear additives and improved shear strength enhances gear protection and service life. The lubricant’s phosphorus and sulfur content ensures better operating conditions for the catalytic converter. It provides the most effective friction level to ensure clutch engagement in three riding conditions: starting, acceleration and steady speed. API SM is fully compatible with the earlier API SL standard and all previous API standards. Recommended for certain HONDA and YAMAHA engines requiring SAE 10W-30 viscosity grade oil. Recommended for certain BMW, APRILIA, MOTO GUZZI and GAS GAS engines requiring SAE 5W-40 viscosity grade oil.
