Malossi Force Master 3 CDI injection module for all Vespa GTS HPE models with a 300cc Piaggio 4-stroke engine from Euro4, including Euro5.
On a scooter, the control module for analyzing the air-fuel ratio is normally connected to the lambda sensor installed on the silencer. This is how the air-fuel ratio is adjusted. The Malossi Force Master 3 injection module intercepts the signal from the sensor, sends a virtually generated lambda value to the primary control module and thus enables dynamic and, above all, individual control of the air-fuel ratio. It is therefore finally possible to influence the air-fuel ratio of the injection between idling and full load, essentially for all engine speeds and conditions under which control of the lambda operation could prevent intervention. Thanks to a sophisticated circuit, the electrical interference normally present on the throttle control signal is eliminated, in such a way that the actual degree of opening can be identified more accurately and response times can be significantly improved, which in turn has a positive effect on engine performance and efficiency.

The Malossi Force Master 3 injection module has a total of 8 selectable mappings installed to realize operation with the original cylinder, the Malossi 560 cylinder as well as combinations of Malossi exhaust systems / cylinder head / camshaft / air filter and to generate the best possible performance.
Particular attention has been paid to improving the user interface by introducing a graphic display that shows the most important functional parameters of the device:

• Firmware version
• System status
• Position of the gas-mixture curve

The Malossi Force Master 3 injection module is equipped with a Can-Bus to which possible future extensions can be applied:

• Auto-tuning via external linear lambda
• Module for ignition phase control
• Mappings can be updated by the user via communication tools
