High-Temperature Silicone Sealant Mannol 85G 9916

MANNOL Gasket Maker Transparent is a transparent sealant that vulcanizes into silicone rubber at room temperature. It has exceptional resistance to high temperatures. It creates reliable seals, does not crack or shrink, and does not change under sudden temperature fluctuations. It replaces asbestos, rubber, felt, paper, cork, and metal gaskets. Effective for repairing the valve mechanism, transmission oil pan, and thermostat housing. Resistant to lubricants, coolants, petrol, kerosene, water, and acid solutions. Easy to apply and remains flexible. The surface to be sealed should be clean, dry, and free from oil and grease. Apply the sealant evenly and immediately join the parts without allowing evaporation time. After applying to an oil-free surface, flatten and smooth the surface with soapy water. The gasket can be subjected to loads after 24 hours. Operating temperatures range from -40 °C to +180 °C (for short periods). Store in the tightly closed original packaging in a dry place at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C. Package 85g.
