Anatomically designed Ergon handles provide 100% contact with the handle, while a round handle has a contact surface of only 60%. Pressure on the ulnar nerve is significantly reduced, helping to prevent hand fatigue. When installed correctly, an incorrect hand position is impossible. The handle also prevents strain on the median nerve (carpal tunnel syndrome) and wrist pain.
