MOTUL SPECIFIC C40 5W-40 is a 100% synthetic engine oil. Specially developed for newer PORSCHE petrol engines with catalytic converters and gasoline particulate filters (GPF) that require engine oil with Porsche C40 approval and 5W-40 viscosity. Also suitable for all petrol and diesel engines that require an ACEA C3 or API SN lubricant with 5W-40 viscosity. Suitable for all types of petrol, ethanol, LPG, CNG and biofuels. Compatible with catalytic converters and particulate filters. NOTE! Porsche C40 approval is not backward-compatible with other Porsche approvals: A40, C30 and C20. Standards: ACEA C3, API SN. Approvals: PORSCHE C40
