The electrical wiring harness connects all the ignition components: the CDI unit, ignition coil, ignition plate, and switch.

If you have a round-terminal engine output with a 2-pin CDI and want to connect a 1-pin CDI, you will need this adapter plus a 1-pin electrical wiring harness (reference 2412).
