Cylinder kit with 100cc displacement from TPR Factory with 47mm stroke, 52mm bore and 14mm studs suitable for geared mopeds with Minarelli AM6 engine.
The high-quality CNC-machined aluminium cylinder with nickel-silicon coating has 6 symmetrically arranged overflow channels and an ovalized exhaust flange, which has been optimized for 38mm tuning exhaust systems. The red anodized cylinder head is also CNC-milled from solid material and has a separate hemispherical combustion chamber. The kit also includes a 52 mm single-ring piston set from Meteor with a 14 mm piston pin.

Assembly instructions:
A crankshaft with 47mm stroke and 14mm piston pin is required to use this kit. The matching TPR crankshaft with the number TP-99AL47AM00 can be ordered separately. The crankcase must also be adapted accordingly for the crankshaft and the transfer ports.
To achieve full performance, the following components should be added:
Racing crankshaft
Programmable racing ignition
Racing gearbox e.g. from VOCA
Exhaust Bigbore 90-100ccm
28-34mm carburetor
Spark plug (Iridium or Platinum BR10EG)
