Cylinder kit SWIING 39mm 50cc with head for Zündapp Belmondo (Type 247)

Cylinder kit including cylinder head from swiing with 39mm bore and 50cc displacement suitable for vehicles with Zündapp engine type 247 (type 247-71). High-quality reproduction of the original 39mm cylinder. This was installed in Zündapp models such as Belmondo, Bergsteiger M25/M50, as well as Alpa Spezial 3000 and Alpa Black River.

Installation instructions:

The original stud bolts of the engine housing are too short due to the height of the cylinder kit and must be replaced by longer bolts.

For Zündapp engines with an 85 mm short connecting rod, this must first be converted to a long connecting rod with a length of 91 mm (center - center) in order to use the cylinder.
