Cylinder kit MALOSSI 218cc Piaggio Leader carburetor

218cc big bore cylinder from Malossi for liquid-cooled Piaggio 125cc and 200cc 4-stroke engines. 75.5mm bore and 48.6mm stroke = 218cc (compression ratio 12.5:1) for excellent torque and acceleration. A top-quality cylinder, piston and rings come together for solid performance. An excellent choice for everyday use.

Assembly instructions:

1. The original cylinder head can be used with the Malossi cylinder kit. Additional performance gains are possible with the Malossi cylinder head M.3813273.

2. When using the original cylinder head, the compression ratio increases. Starting the engine with the E-Start or Kick-Start becomes much more difficult. We therefore strongly recommend using our decompression kits to protect the battery, starter and kick-start mechanism.

3. KIT.PI.39378 = decompression kit for Piaggio 125cc engines with increased capacity and the old cylinder head. You need this kit if your vehicle has the older version of the Piaggio cylinder head (rocker arm with sliding shoe). It was mostly fitted until 2014, but also later.

4. KIT.PI.39390 = decompression kit for Piaggio 125cc engines with increased capacity and the new cylinder head. You need this kit if your vehicle has the newer version of the Piaggio cylinder head (roller rocker arm). It was mostly installed from model year 2014. (Only applies to Gilera Runner 125 ST 4T 4V LC 14-16 E3 [ZAPM46301] and Piaggio X Evo 125 4V 13-16 [ZAPM36601]..)

5. No decompression kit is required when installing the Malossi cylinder head M.3813273. However, the specified assembly instructions for the Malossi cylinder head must be followed.

6. The carburetor main jet should be increased by approximately 10-15%.
