Cylinder head blank suitable for Simson mopeds or mokicks S51, S53, SR50 and Simson KR51/2 Schwalbe. Experienced tuners can shape their own combustion chamber using suitable tools (lathe, mill). The spark plug thread has already been inserted for better tool holding. The mold also allows conversion to a 2-part system with a separate combustion chamber calotte.

Compared with all other replica cylinder heads available on the market, this Schmitt cylinder head is manufactured using the aluminium die-casting process used in former GDR times. To improve thermal properties, this Schmitt cylinder head is designed slightly larger and has significantly stronger cooling fins. Once mounted, the difference in size is hardly noticeable and the original appearance is largely preserved.
The surface finish is almost perfect compared with other replicas due to the manufacturing process mentioned above.
Important: This cylinder head must only be installed after adjustment. No plug and play!
