Clutch MALOSSI Maxi Fly Clutch 160mm Aprilia, Gilera, Malaguti, Peugeot, Piaggio

Malossi Maxi Fly Clutch set with Maxi Wing Clutch Bell, suitable for Aprilia, Gilera, Malaguti, Peugeot and Piaggio Maxi Scooters.
The MALOSSI Maxi Fly Clutch 160mm offers faster, slip-free power transmission thanks to optimized pads. The reduced weight ensures better engine response during load changes. Thanks to its robust design, the clutch retains its shape even under high loads.
The Maxi Wing Clutch Bell 160mm is a reinforced clutch bell made from deep-drawn P04 steel. A shrunk-on stiffening ring acts like a heat sink: it improves heat dissipation and protects the bell from deformation even at high temperatures. The precise balancing minimizes vibrations, which extends the service life of the clutch and gearbox. This makes it a robust replacement for the original part, especially under high thermal loads.
By using various Malossi clutch springs, the preload and thus the clutch speed can be influenced and optimally matched to the cylinder setup.
