Clutch kit SEGWAY SNARLER AT6 STAGE 3 TRAIL+MUD 25"-30" for CV-TECH variator

*Fits models up to 2024
Clutch kit / CV-Tech variator upgrade kit "STAGE 3 TRAIL+MUD" for SEGWAY SNARLER ATV with tyre sizes 25"–30".
• Big-tire kit for trail / mud use.
• Helps transfer engine power to the wheels more effectively.
• Smoother engagement!
• The lower part of the helix lets you drive at low speed with higher RPM, giving the wheels more horsepower and torque. This provides plenty of tire-turning torque to power through thick mud / bogs.
• The higher part of the helix is designed to provide progressively more upshifting at the same rate as your engine produces more power!
• Quicker backshift, resulting in crisp throttle response!
• Reduces belt slip and heat.
This kit has undergone an extensive testing period – including real-world driving tests and dynamometer testing – before this specific setup combination was selected for this vehicle / variator combination. The result is the best and safest setup choice for you and your vehicle.
This kit includes a primary clutch spring, weights, a secondary clutch spring and helix.

• Kits designed for stock or oversized tires (25' - 30').
• For use with 25'-30' tires.
• Makes up for the power loss and slower response caused by oversized tires.
• Quicker backshift, resulting in crisp throttle response.
• Reduces belt slip and heat.
• Clutch holding tool p/n 80.3900 is also recommended with this order.
• Clutch compression tool p/n 80.400 is also recommended with this order.
• This kit fits CV-Tech clutches; it does not fit other clutch versions fitted to Segway Snarler vehicles!
