Clutch kit POLINI Evolution Vespa Primavera PK 50, 125 Smallframe, 4-disc

Polini Evolution clutch kit with 4-disc clutch and shaft spring, suitable for Vespa models with a central spring, such as the Vespa Primavera PK 50, 125 and small-frame models. Thanks to the temperature-resistant sintered friction lining compound, it is especially suitable for tuned engines producing 15PS and more.
The innovative wave spring was designed with high precision. Due to its structure, this spring distributes pressure evenly across the friction area. This allows pressure of up to 200kg to be generated. To achieve this, the spring's contact point must be adjusted using the adjustment washers included in the kit. The standard setting is 80kg. The clutch hub has a special central seat to ensure that the wave spring is optimally positioned. The clutch hub and separator discs are made of nitrite steel (increased friction coefficient).
Tip: Polini recommends soaking the friction discs in oil overnight before installation.
The Polini 4-disc clutch is also available in a Race version with cork-based pads for standard engines or tuning up to 15hp (230.0502).
