No. 428 chain = approximately 7mm. Tips:

If you lengthen your drivetrain, you will gain top speed with your Pit Bike; however, you will lose engine responsiveness and torque. If you shorten your drivetrain, you will gain torque and tenacity!

In summary: small sprocket, large chainring: high torque.
Large sprocket, small chainring: improved top speed, reduced torque.
