CDI unit NARAKU iGet 50ie 2017-2019 Euro4 derestriction kit

Derestricting the new Piaggio iGet Euro4 engines installed in the Vespa Primavera, Vespa Sprint 50, or Piaggio Liberty and Zip Euro4 models from 2017–2019 is no longer possible without intervention in the engine control system and is therefore difficult for a layperson to carry out. An engine tester is generally required, and only an authorized dealer has one.
The Naraku derestriction kit includes an open, unrestricted ECU / CDI ignition unit that does NOT need to be tuned with an engine tester on the vehicle. Simply plugging it in is sufficient. During later operation, this is also recognized by the tester during a workshop visit and is not indicated as a fault. Nevertheless, to prevent the engine from over-revving, the ignition curve is also limited with the Naraku ECU, significantly later than with the factory ECU, but at a safe 10,000 rpm.
The scooter has two anti-tamper screws installed on the variator cover, which are replaced by the two supplied Piaggio OEM screws. In addition, the kit includes a new open intake hose, which increases the airflow. Variator rollers and clutch springs matched to the new engine output are also supplied in the kit and simply need to be installed.
. With a sports variator such as the Naraku NK901.27, maximum speed and acceleration can be increased further (tuning required).
