Variable tuning set for original variators and almost all tuning variators. Speed-up shims can influence the length of the sleeve: extending it usually improves acceleration, while shortening it increases top speed. Before installation, be sure to measure the length of the original sleeve and then adjust the size of the speed-up sleeve with the washers accordingly! The kit contains an open racing variator sleeve and 15 spacers, each with 5 discs in thicknesses of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5mm. Sleeve size: 13x18x37. When using it on tuned variators, please measure the sleeve diameter, which should be 18mm. Attention! On Minarelli engines, the tuning kit can affect the operation of the kick-starter gear. Major shortening must be compensated for with shims behind the variator.
