Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are required to:

1. Accept a used battery free of charge.
2. Charge a deposit of 30 zł for each battery purchased in this offer if the buyer has not returned a used battery.
3. Refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

When the battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), the deposit will not be charged.
