Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit (deposit fee).

In accordance with the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are obliged to:

1. accept the used battery free of charge;
2. collect a deposit of 30zł for each battery purchased under this offer if the buyer has not returned the used battery;
3. refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

When the battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they wish to receive an invoice and provides the company's full details), the deposit will not be collected (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1).
