Battery APOLLO MB 12V7.2Ah 151 x 65 x 95mm

MB 12V 7.2Ah replacement battery for electric and petrol vehicles equipped with a 12V battery.

This MB 12V 7.2Ah battery is a replacement battery intended to replace certain original batteries fitted to vehicles sold on our SmallMX website.

With its compact dimensions of 151 x 65 x 95 mm, it may suit various models requiring equivalent battery characteristics.

Before ordering, you must check the characteristics of your original battery to ensure optimum compatibility with your vehicle.

Battery compatibility advice

Battery dimensions

The replacement battery does not have to have exactly the same dimensions as the original.

As long as the battery fits correctly in its compartment, installation is possible, provided that the vehicle's electrical characteristics are respected (voltage, capacity and technology if necessary).

However, it is essential that the battery is properly secured so that it cannot move while the vehicle is being used (vibrations, impacts, braking, etc.).

In addition, the battery must not be subjected to any pressure point once installed. The cover or securing components must not exert excessive pressure on the casing, in order to prevent any risk of damage or malfunction.

If there is slight play in the compartment, we recommend using suitable packing foam or a suitable spacer to hold the battery without compressing it. This ensures effective support while preserving its integrity.

To ensure your vehicle operates correctly, we recommend replacing your battery with a model having the same voltage (V) and equivalent capacity (Ah).

Voltage:

Your replacement battery must comply with the vehicle's original voltage.

A lower-voltage battery (for example, replacing a 12V battery with a 6V battery) will not allow correct operation.

A higher-voltage battery (for example, replacing a 12V battery with a 24V battery) may damage the vehicle's electrical components (controller, wiring harness, motor, lighting, etc.).

We therefore recommend using the same voltage as the original battery.

Amperage / capacity (Ah):

A slight difference in capacity may be acceptable depending on the installation, but we recommend staying close to the original value.

A battery with lower amperage may reduce the vehicle's range and performance.

A battery with higher amperage may alter the range and charging time, but it must comply with the available dimensions, the type of battery used and the compatibility of the installed charger.

For this 12V 7.2Ah battery, we recommend staying within a range of 6Ah to 9Ah.

Never exceed the maximum voltage specified for the vehicle's electrical system. If in doubt, we recommend retaining a battery identical to the original specifications.

Warning: Replacing a battery with an adaptable model is carried out entirely at the user's responsibility. Any modification to the vehicle's original characteristics may lead to changes in its operation.

After installing a battery different from the one recommended by the manufacturer, the vehicle may be considered modified and may no longer be covered by the manufacturer's warranty in the event of a problem related to this modification.

It is always recommended to replace the original battery with one having the same technical characteristics (voltage, amperage, dimensions and technology) in order to preserve the vehicle's reliability and safety.
