This shock absorber combination can take a lot more than the old Enduro or standard shock absorbers. Not recommended for off-road use due to the road-optimized rebound/compression stage. Suitable for Simson S50, S51, S53, S70, S83 enduro conversions with long front telescopic fork.
This adjustable gas pressure shock absorber is an absolute eye-catcher! Milled aluminum mounts, satin black coating, adjustable in length from 370mm to 400mm. The shock absorber is also infinitely adjustable in spring preload! The shock absorbers have a significantly longer spring travel than the models previously available on the market. The pleasantly sporty, springy seating comfort is guaranteed both solo and with passenger. Not too firm and not too soft! The damper is infinitely adjustable like a coilover suspension by turning two threaded washers. The necessary hook wrenches are included. The damper length is changed by adjusting the lower mount. This is screwed on as a sleeve and can be infinitely adjusted.
As a set, these on-road Forsa gas pressure shock absorbers allow a number of tuning options in the suspension geometry of Simson mopeds with long telescopic forks.
Suitable reducing sleeves are required for secure installation, which are available as an option.
