In this variator, the weights are not mounted inside but outside. It is a so-called oversize variator designed for 50cc and 70cc racing engines. The tilting weights are easily accessible from the outside and screwed onto a retaining plate; a matching Allen wrench is included. Also included are 12 weights that can be used to modify the variator as desired. We recommend using this variator in combination with a Doppler ER1 engine spring.
This variator cannot be used with the original clutch!
