Doppler Europe Replica ER2 variator suitable for Peugeot 103 SP, Vogue and MVL (without clutch).
The ER2 variator is the precursor to the ER3 variator; both are oversize variators, but the ER2 uses classic variator roller weights. The patented system with a special 1/3-turn nut allows quick replacement of the variator rollers without removing the variator. This saves a lot of time during adjustment. The roller weight system offers precise adjustment and a wide range of weights. Combined with an ER1 engine spring, it provides more linear and simpler speed increase. The Europe Replica variator is hard chrome plated for longer life. 16x13mm variator weights are installed, and 2 sets of 2.3g and 4.0g weights are included.
