Using this Schmitt carburettor adapter - Made in Germany - you are able to mount modern 24mm clamp fixation PHBG carbs on a Simson moped with M531, M541 or M571 engine, respectively, such as Simson S50, S51, S53, S70, SR50, SR80, KR50/1, KR50/2 Schwalbe, Sperber, Habicht or Star.
This Schmitt intake manifold is produced for a perfect surface finish on the most modern 5-axis CNC-machines in Germany.
The link from carburettor to the Schmitt intake manifold is not only a perfect fit, but also completely barrier-free without edges, steps or joints, thus ensuring the best possible air exchange. The milled Venturi cone accelerates the flowing fuel air mixture, which leads to a performance plus. The Schmitt carburettor flange is geometrically optimised so that the contact from the carburettor to the air filter box is also linear without the usual kinks in the intake socket.
Delivery includes two DIN 6912 hexagon socket screws and a silicone O-ring, which can also be replaced by the standard flange gasket.
