Schmitt intake manifold or carburettor flange / adapter. With this adapter - Made in Germany - it is possible to mount contemporary PHBL carburettors with 28mm clamping flange on Simson mopeds with M531, M541 or M571 engine such as S50, S51, S53, S70, SR50, SR80, KR50/1, KR50/2 Schwalbe, Sperber, Habicht or Star.

This Schmitt intake manifold is produced for a perfect surface finish on state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines in Germany.

The connection between the carburettor and Schmitt intake manifold is not only a perfect fit, but also completely barrier-free with no edges, shoulders or bumps, ensuring the best possible throttle change. The milled Venturi cone accelerates the fuel-air mixture flowing through, resulting in a power boost. The Schmitt carburettor flange is geometrically optimised so that the transition from the carburettor to the air filter box also occurs linearly without the usual kinks in the intake socket.

Included in delivery are two DIN 6912 hexagon socket screws and a matching silicone O-ring, which can also be replaced by the standard flange gasket.
