The design, dimensions and double-sided receptacles of the throttle cable are based on the original, except for the shortened connection thread. The throttle cable offered here also has an inner PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sliding sleeve. The high self-lubricating properties of PTFE provide durable, very smooth operation without the need for additional lubrication.
Never lubricate PTFE sliding surfaces afterward, as lubricants cause the sliding material to swell.
