High torque cylinder kit from Egig Performance with 170cc tuning cylinder suitable for Vespa small frame vehicles. Together with one of the special Egig crankshafts this cylinder kit egig170 increases the power of your Vespa with extended connecting rod up to 25HP.

Only one modification needs to be made to the vehicle: The edge of the engine housing at the cylinder base, which protrudes over the sealing surface, must be lowered to 2mm (dust protection edge on the housing of the fan wheel). A file or grinder can be used for this purpose. The area does not necessarily have to be flat up to the sealing surface. It is even easier to use the corresponding motor housing from the SIP EVO series. With this combination, no milling work needs to be done! The cast iron cylinder is therefore also suitable for beginners in the tuning field. According to the manufacturer, over 25HP and 24NM can be achieved.
