    The cover is pressed into three rubber grommets for fastening with retaining lugs located in the variator lid. These rubber grommets become hard and porous over time. We recommend replacing them all at the same time. It is also helpful to lubricate the grommets before installation. Three rubber grommets required (part number PI-871458).
