Details

French manufacturer MVT Allumage reinforced clutch plate set that comes as a complete clutch disc and friction plate revision kit suitable for gear shift moped with Minarelli AM engine.

MVT tests all reinforced clutch springs before delivery and pairs all springs with the same spring force. This distributes the contact pressure very evenly on the friction plates.

As is usual with reinforced clutches, MVT also uses an additional friction plate and steel disc each with their MVT tuning clutch. All clutch discs / friction plates are slightly thinner, but the overall friction surface is increased. Higher power transmission with less slip is the result. For comparison, the factory clutch is equipped with 4 friction plates and 3 steel discs.
