The 25mm PHBL tuning carburettor is ideal for automatic scooters and Vespa classic gear shift scooters. For the automatic scooter, it is mostly used on a 2-stroke maxi scooter. However, this carburettor can also be used on 50cc with appropriate modification for high-end tuning. On the gear shift scooter, this carburettor is usually installed on a small frame vehicle that keeps the original air filter box. An easy to tune carburettor, which is in no way inferior to the identical Dellorto carburettor.
