Biltwell Helmet Size Chart – Adults

Model	Fit Description
Gringo / Gringo S	Runs slightly snug; intermediate oval shape; consider sizing up if between sizes.
Lane Splitter	Athletic fit with narrow cheeks; fits tight at first but breaks in comfortably.
Bonanza	Low-profile open-face design; round oval shape fits wide heads better than others.

Shell Sizes: Biltwell uses 3 shell sizes across the size range (XS–2XL) for better proportional fit.
Interior Padding: Helmet liners compress over time—new helmets should feel snug without pressure points.
Head Shape: Most Biltwell helmets are designed for intermediate oval heads (not round or long oval).
DOT / ECE Standards: All full-face models meet DOT and/or ECE safety standards.
