Aluminum Schmitt “Sportfreund” cylinder kit with 50cc, 38mm bore for 44mm stroke, suitable for Simson Moped / Mokick S51, KR51/2, SR50.
The Schmitt cylinder manufactured in Europe is a high-torque 50cc 4-channel cylinder with centered cylinder head and nickel-carbide-silicon coated liner. The powerful cylinder from the “Sportfreund” series is a real mashup and is supplied with a newly developed Vertex piston from Italy.
The cylinder and head have more surface area to improve cooling, and the design is also such that the cylinder can be machined even further without the need for laborious gluing or welding.
In this cylinder, state-of-the-art combustion chamber contours, transfer ports and the latest material alloys are packed into an original 50cc look.
