The Malossi aluminum cylinder with 172cc is probably one of the most driven Big Bore cylinders for 125cc or 150cc scooters with air-cooled Piaggio 2-stroke engine. Even with original 150cc offers the cylinder still significantly more acceleration than the factory cylinder.

Using the appropriate components, high performance values can be realized. The cylinder can also be used with standard components and combines powerful cruising with long durability.

The cylinder kit is supplied with 172cc Malossi cylinder head. We recommend lighter variator rollers, a new spark plug and the main jet should be selected 8-12% larger.
