Complete replacement engine for Chinese-built 4-stroke scooters with 10” wheels (3.5x10 / 3.00x10 / 90/90-10 etc.). As a result of the time saved, at times replacing the entire engine can be cheaper than repairing one. This replacement engine is complete with all the drive parts, alternator, starter motor etc. Carburettor not included. When installing the engine, you need only take note of the alternator: if the replacement engine has a different pin configuration on the alternator, the alternator and rotor from the old engine should be reused. The replacement engine has 2 pins in the alternator plug. All other parts are identical. IMPORTANT: check engine and gearbox oil levels after installation. Owing to the quality of oil used by Chinese manufacturers, we recommend changing the oil after a 50km run-in period. Valve play should be carefully monitored. Both valves should be set within 0.08mm.
