62.4cc Airsal aluminium cylinder kit with a hard coated cylinder bore suitable for Sachs, Hercules Mofa 504 and 505.

Aluminium cylinders have a much better heat dissipation than cast iron cylinders. Therefore, the aluminium cylinders are less prone to wear or piston squeezing due to temperature problems.

The Airsal sports cylinder sets its power very early and offers a good torque curve. When installing, the carburettor must be adjusted or better replaced with a larger sports carburettor.

All parts needed for assembly are included as shown. Piston pin: 12mm
