Airsal offers with 88,30ccm displacement the largest and most powerful Big Bore cylinder kit for 50ccm 2-stroke engines available on the market. The cylinder should only be operated with appropriate racing exhaust systems, a 21mm carburetor should be the standard.

Like the Malossi Big Bore, the Airsal Xtrem must also be operated with a special crankshaft. For this cylinder only the Airsal crankshaft AS18089 with 45mm stroke has to be used. Of course we also have this wave of Airsal in our program. The displacement is achieved by the special stroke of 45mm and a 50mm bore. Because of the large bore and the 45mm stroke the crankcase has to be adjusted. Instructions are supplied with the unit. The cylinder is not for the inexperienced tuner. This is high-end here!

Attention: A mounting on mopeds with Euro4 engine (from year of manufacture 2018) is only possible in connection with the thread adapter 38293, because a temperature sensor (4-pole) with M12x1,5mm thread is installed on these models.
