For all extreme tuners, the cylinder leaves open adjustment options with a 2-part exhaust through the cylinder porting. Here, what is currently feasible is once again redefined—which increase can still be topped?
The cylinder should only be operated with suitable racing exhaust systems; a 21mm carburetor should be standard.
Like the Malossi Big Bore, the Airsal Xtrem must also be operated with a special crankshaft. For this cylinder, only the Airsal crankshaft AS18089 with 45mm stroke may be used. Of course, we also carry this Airsal crankshaft in our range. The displacement is achieved through the special 45mm stroke and a 50mm bore. Because of the large bore and the 45mm stroke, the crankcase must be modified. Instructions are supplied with the unit. The cylinder is not for inexperienced tuners. This is high-end tuning!
Attention: Installation on mopeds with a Euro4 engine (from model year 2018) is only possible in conjunction with thread adapter 38293, because these models use a 4-pin temperature sensor with an M12x1,5mm thread.
