50ccmTech-Piston cylinder kit from Airsal. Supplied complete with all components required for assembly, such as seal kit, piston, piston rings, etc.

The large 2-part outlet offers sufficient performance potential and the kit is equipped with a very high quality brand name piston (grind or vertex).
These pistons are made of a particularly resistant aluminium alloy and reduce the risk of piston seizure.
The aluminium design of the cylinders and the extremely hard chrome-plated raceway coating ensure significantly better heat dissipation compared to grey cast iron. This makes the cylinders less susceptible to wear and tear and piston jamming due to temperature problems.

In terms of performance, this Airsal kit is in the field of 70cc sports cylinders, but also has some potential in the control times, which are somewhat tame when delivered.

A cylinder with mature torque that provides decent acceleration and lower speeds than other racing cylinders. All this makes this Airsal cylinder very suitable for everyday use and engine friendly.

Attention: A mounting on mopeds with Euro4 engine (from year of manufacture 2018) is only possible in connection with the thread adapter 38293, because a temperature sensor (4-pole) with M12x1,5mm thread is installed on these models.
