Skid plate AXP RACING Adventure HDPE 8mm black KTM 790/890 ADVENTURE/R

The 790 KTM / 890 KTM Adventure AXP skid plate is made of 8mm-thick HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic. This material provides maximum protection while reducing weight (3.7 Kg). It does not deform or retain impact marks. Unlike alloy plates, plastic provides a truly quiet experience and does not reproduce the noise that rocks can cause on alloy skid plates! Our model is not mounted directly to the engine to avoid issues; it uses alloy brackets at the rear plus four points on the front frame. Tank protection is ensured, eliminating the need to buy crash bars as well. An anti-mud guard and decal kit are supplied!
WARNING! The stock 890 fuel pump guard will interfere with our skid plate. We recommend using the ROTTWEILER PERFORMANCE item, which is smaller and makes fitment easier. Our skid plate uses the unused center stand pivots for mounting, making it incompatible with any aftermarket center stands!
