Defects in the alternator can be very difficult to diagnose without costly special tools. Blown CDI ignition units, regulators, ignition problems or poor battery charge are often caused by a defective alternator. Repairing the damage is rarely an option, as only a complete swap will solve the issue. Please compare the connections prior to ordering!
