Polini clutch plate set including steel friction plates and clutch springs. The friction pads are made of special Cork material, which has always been the best material for clutch plates. Unfortunately, this today is rarely used. This set can be used as a performance replacement for tuned engines. Or for the Polini double spring coupling 230.0500, if a new clutch is due due to wear. Polini recommends to leaving the cork plates to soak in oil overnight which allows them to soak up the right amount of oil. That improves the running-in of new surfaces. The oil should correspond to the oil used in the engine.
