How does the Silent Pro perform on Minarelli 100cc engines?

The Tecnigas Silent Pro is not a pure "racing exhaust" for high RPMs, but a torque monster for daily use. It optimizes power delivery in the low and mid RPM range. The result: Better acceleration at traffic lights and on hills, without the scooter becoming loud. It is the ideal "inconspicuous companion" for Yamaha Aerox 100 or MBK Nitro 100 riders.

⚠️ Fitment Check: 100cc vs. 50cc
This exhaust is specifically developed for 100cc Big-Bore engines. Mechanically and regarding volume, it does not fit the widely used 50cc models!

Does this exhaust fit my Yamaha Aerox 50cc?
No. This exhaust is built specifically for the rarer 100cc versions (Aerox 100 / Nitro 100). The manifold flange and resonance volume do not fit 50cc cylinders.
Do I need to re-jet the carburetor?
The Silent Pro is very forgiving. Often, changing the main jet is not strictly necessary as it is designed as a spare part. However, we always recommend checking the spark plug color after installation. Slightly lighter variator weights may further improve acceleration.
Are gaskets included?
Usually, Tecnigas does not supply the exhaust gasket. We strongly recommend ordering a matching exhaust gasket for Minarelli 100cc engines separately to avoid leaks.
